Kualifikasi Pelamar

What Will You Need?

  • 1-2 years of related work experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Proven experience in a partnerships or relevant role
  • Ability to understand client’s needs and present solutions
  • Ability to understand and manage the budget for partnerships (uses and finds improvements in the ways to measure and showcase the value) 
  • Understanding of market and product
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Have a strong relationship with partners (e-commerce, offline store, mall, bank, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, changing environment that is going through high growth

What Will You Do?

  • Initiate, identify, negotiate, execute and manage partnerships initiatives with other vertical partners ( e-commerce, offline store, mall, bank, etc) to support the growth company (new customer & GMV)
  • Ensure a higher level of engagement with strategic partners
  • Key Account Management for Strategic partners for New Business Opportunities/Enhancements
  • Create partnership weekly and monthly report
  • Interact with customers to facilitate marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (online marketing, operational, business development, tech & product, customer service, etc) to see through the end-to-end partnerships
