DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Purpose

He will be responsible for Total quality control activities in a modern spinning mill with all latest testing equipments. Also, he will be helping Marketing team for quality related problems observed by our customers (CTS Role).

Job Responsibilities (Core)

Testing of incoming raw material and plan a consistent mix of the available/ incoming RM.
Testing and Quality control of Spinning process based on defined schedule.
Testing and approval of Final product quality before dispatch of Finished Goods.
Make trends and monthly quality reports for Top Management.
Arrange audits related to ISO certification, GOTS, GRS, RCS and OCS certification including other certification if required.
Train the team to better understand quality standards of various products in process and Final Product.
Highlight any abnormality related to specific machine or full process in general.
Analyse customer complaints.
Maintenance of all R&D testing Equipments.
